Good for a laugh, you know I passed this fountain loads and each time I thought the worst and then came around the front only to realise oh yeah, he's not actually peeing :-D
Really makes you wonder if the artist didn't intend it. I know I pull stuff like this all the time in my art - and then feign innocent. *gasp* "What?!?! What is WRONG with YOU????" It's a classic in any case!
ha... Not sure who or why they thought that was a good idea, though it is good for a laugh right? :) Made me giggle anyway!

Deletethough I giggled i do wonder what the artist was thinking putting this in a public place or why the town approved it but just the same made me giggle
